Scoglio di Frisio: Roman, Neapolitan and Japanese fusion

Scoglio di Frisio is one of the “legendary” restaurants of Rome. Located nearby Saint Mary Major, it was one of the “Dolce Vita” restaurants during the 50s and 60s.

Today this restaurant boasts an incredible menu, where the taste of the Roman and Neapolitan cuisine tradition has been maintained un-touched over the past 70 years.

For the most adventurous and willing to learn, cooking classes are available for:

  • pizza making
  • pasta making
  • some traditional plates of the Roman cuisine
